Overview:

We’re looking for an inspired and driven Software Engineer to join the team working on our exciting new products. This position offers great versatility and challenge, and is perfect for an engineer who loves to constantly develop new skills.  You will be working on a live codebase and have ample opportunity to make your mark as projects progress. 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Architect and build new systems as well as improvements to existing systems
  • Collaborate with other engineers in an iterative, agile development environment on a live product
  • Extend and optimize large scale game systems such as physics, camera control and gameplay mechanics
  • Help mentor and direct junior engineers
  • Work closely with designers and artists to implement features in a fast-paced, results oriented environment

 

Required Skills:

 

  • 5+ years experience as a software engineer
  • A high degree of proficiency in either C# or C++
  • Sharp focus with an eye for prioritization on user-experience and with the ability to recognize where and when trade-offs need to be made
  • Collaborative and quick to adapt in a multi-tasking, quick-moving, distributed thinking environment
  • Strong 3d math skills 

 

Bonus Points:

 

  • Previous experience with Unity
  • Previous game industry experience
  • Experience with physics systems development
